American Dream Partners (“AD Partners”) was founded in 2023 by Fernando Guerrero (HBS 2025 MBA Candidate, UChicago ‘19) and Sachin Bettadapur (UNC ‘19) to identify and acquire small businesses in the United States.

Search funds have existed for over 25 years and enable entrepreneurs to acquire and run a small business. This occurs through finding a company to acquire, financing and closing a transaction, operations and value creation, and eventually exiting. To date, entrepreneurs have raised over 300 funds, and the search fund model has evolved into a compelling asset class.
